Who I am
Hey, I’m Pinky Chouhan. I run The Prompt Master (thepromptmaster.net) from Merta City, Rajasthan, India. This page explains in plain, human words what information this website collects when you visit, and what I do — and don’t do — with it.
If you ever have a question about your data, email me directly at pinkykanwarchouhan134@gmail.com. A real person (me) reads every message.
Comments
When you leave a comment, WordPress collects the name, email address and website you type into the form, along with your IP address and browser details to catch spam. An anonymized version of your email address may be passed to the Gravatar service so your profile picture can appear next to your comment. That’s standard WordPress behavior, and I don’t use comment data for anything beyond running the comments section.
Contact form
If you message me through the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message so I can reply to you. These submissions are stored in the website’s database. I never sell this information and never hand it to marketers — it exists for exactly one reason: so I can answer you.
Cookies
This site uses a few kinds of cookies:
- WordPress cookies — if you leave a comment, you can choose to save your name and email in a cookie for a year so you don’t have to retype them. Login cookies exist for site administration.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics sets cookies to remember that a device visited, which pages it viewed and roughly which country it’s in. No names, no email addresses.
- Advertising cookies — explained in the Advertising section below.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site keeps working — you just lose small conveniences like remembered comment details.
Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics to understand how the site is doing — which prompt posts people read, how long they stay, what devices they use. Analytics records things like pages visited, time spent, device type and approximate location. It does not tell me who you are personally. If you’d rather not be counted at all, Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising
This site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and similar advertising partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising here:
Embedded content
Some posts include embedded content, such as YouTube videos. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited that other website directly: it may collect data about you, use its own cookies and monitor your interaction. I don’t control that — the other site’s privacy policy applies.
Who I share your data with
The short version: I don’t sell your personal data. Ever. The only parties that ever touch site data are the services that keep the site running — my web host, WordPress itself, Google (for Analytics and advertising) and the automated spam-detection services that scan comments. No data brokers, no marketing lists, no exceptions.
How long I keep your data
Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so that follow-up conversations stay readable. Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If that ever changes, I’ll update this page.
Your rights over your data
You can ask me for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — just email pinkykanwarchouhan134@gmail.com and I’ll take care of it. Some data I may be legally or technically obliged to keep (for security or administration), and if so I’ll tell you plainly.
Children’s privacy
The Prompt Master is a general-audience site about AI prompts. It’s not directed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect personal data from them. If you’re a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal information here, email me and I’ll remove it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If I change how this site handles data, I’ll update this page and the date below. The version you’re reading right now is always the current one.
